Thorough and efficient. Dean came out to our house for an emergency with our hot water system. Turns out the whole system needed replacing which he did there and then. Respectful and friendly, we will have no issue with Dean returning to our house when required for further plumbing. Reasonable pricing which is a bonus for a great service.
