Dean was first recommended to me about five years ago, when I had a plumbing issue in my home that no-one else had been able to sort out. As a result of the service I received at that time and the problem being identified in his first visit and subsequently completely resolved, I have continued to turn to Dean and Caspers Plumbing for all my plumbing requirements. Most recently (June & Sept 2022) I again asked Dean for help; reconfiguring and replacing guttering, new water tank installation, new drainage to my backyard connecting to storm water drainage and replacement of my hot water system. Dean and Annie are extremely helpful and professional and are a pleasure to work with. Dean arrives on time, works hard to achieve the best result for his customers, leaves the work site clean and tidy and in my opinion, strives to exceed generally accepted service levels.
